What to look forWhen choosing keto foodstuffs, look for one that’s cheap, high in protein and fat, and low in carbs.

They also tend to be less filling than foods such as a burger or pizza.

For example, most of the options in the keto section of Tesco’s website are high in carbs, which means they contain more calories than a full-fat burger.

However, some of the ketos we found to be cheapest also had a moderate amount of protein.

This isn’t to say you should avoid keto-friendly products altogether, but they’re usually lower in calories than those on the supermarket shelf.

So if you’re looking for something with low-calorie options, look elsewhere.
