Sam’s club, the first of its kind in the Bay Area, is slated to open its doors on Friday, March 3.
The first menu item for the new Sam’s will feature a breakfast burrito with egg, bacon, and avocado, along with an option to choose from a salad.
The restaurant will also offer salads, soups, and entrees like grilled salmon, quinoa, and broccoli.
The burrito, which will be available for $10.99 with the optional side of fried onions, is also the first to include cheese, and it will be served with an avocado salsa.
Sam’s already serves more than 700 locations in the United States, and plans to expand beyond San Francisco by opening locations in cities including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, and Miami Beach.
“Sam’s Club is a new family-owned restaurant, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with the community to open in a unique neighborhood in San Francisco,” Sam’s president and CEO, Bill Fritsch, said in a statement.
“We look forward to serving our customers with a new menu, new ingredients, and new ways to eat at Sam’s.”
Fritsche added that Sam’s plans to offer a “healthy menu” for its customers.
The menu will also feature items like macaroni and cheese, salad, and a variety of other dishes.
“With our extensive network of local restaurants, we are excited to be able to bring the best of Sam’s in the heart of San Francisco, with the best Sam’s menu,” Fritsdsch added.
