How to Make a Sweet Snacker Recipe from the Blog of Our Friends at Sweet Scratch The Sweet Snackers Blog has posted an excellent recipe for homemade chocolate chip cookies, as well as sweet and salty treats.
The sweet snacks are easy to make and they don’t require any prep time.
Ingredients for a chocolate chip cookie: 1 1/2 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/6 teaspoon baking spice 1/10 teaspoon baking fat 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/12 teaspoon nutmeg 1/20 teaspoon salt (or more to taste) 2 tablespoons buttermilk 1 cup buttermilks 1 cup chocolate chips (from 1 package) Directions: 1.
Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and butter in a large bowl.

Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add in the flour mixture, baking soda, baking powder, baking spice, baking fat, and cinnamon.

Add milk and cornstech, and mix well.

Add baking chips and melted butter.
Mix thoroughly.
